System roles
Owner
Full control of the organization: members, billing, modules, and every manage-level surface. The business owner of the tenant.
Administrator
Configure roles, invites, integrations, and module settings without necessarily owning billing — ops backbone.
Manager
Run day-to-day work across enabled modules with elevated edit/manage where the matrix allows; see team activity.
Member
Create and update records in assigned modules (sales, tickets, devices, orders) without admin powers.
Viewer
Read-only access for executives, external bookkeepers, or partners who should not mutate data.

Hidden from sidebar and API for that module.
View
Read lists and detail; export where allowed.
Edit
Create and update records for daily work.
Manage
Delete, configure module settings, manage integrations.

Organization module toggles
Beyond roles, each organization enables or disables modules. A restaurant can hide Freight; a public adjuster can lead with Claims; a GC can keep jobs and finance front-and-center; an MSP can enable Security & MSP and hide Rentals. People only see what their job and their org allow.
